How long does shipping take?
USA orders will arrive within approximately 2-5 days and are shipped via USPS. International Orders are shipped via DHL and arrive within approximately 7-10 days, This also depends on the countries customs entry process. Please understand all orders must be processed by our shipping facility which takes between 24-48 hours.
How do I track my order?
After ordering you will receive a confirmation email followed by a tracking number once your order is processed. Your tracking number will help you locate exactly where your package is and when it arrives at your shipping address.
Whats your return/exchange policy?
Saint Midas accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. For any return/exchange inquiries please contact Clientsupport@saintmidas.com and provide your order number and why the return/exchange has been initiated.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Saint Midas. Â If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit for any returned merchandise. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.
What should I do if the shipment is lost or stolen?
It is unlikely in that case. But if the goods damaged or lost,we will resend you another for compensating. But if the postal service delivers the goods to the wrong address you provided or you have moved of changed your address without notifying us in advance, we can do nothing to recover your order.
I am an International customer; will I have to pay Import Tax on your website?
No. There will be no payment of import tax on the Saint Midas website; however, you-as the customer-are the importer of record, and you MUST comply with all rules and regulations of your destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.

How to properly store my jewelry?
Jewelry should be kept dry. When not wearing the jewelry store it in the package that it arrives in or something similar. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products.
Are your products made of real gold/Silver?
Yes, our pieces are made using only 18k PVD plating gold finishes which is the highest quality plating available and allows our jewelry to last longer than other companies products.
What is a VVS Simulate?
Diamonds are rarely flawless and cost an exuberant amount of money for no real reason. Thats why our VVS Simulates are tested to ensure perfect clarity, clearest coloration, and optimal brilliance. Every Saint Midas piece containing VVS Simulates are hand paved by craftsmen to ensure ever lasting quality.

Lifetime guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless, as determined solely by saintmidas.com your piece can be repaired or was intentionally damaged. In the event saintmidas.com no longer carries the piece, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
- Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Product must be completely sealed and not worn.
- Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within according to the lifetime guarantee above.
- The products must be returned in new, resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged(scratches, wreckage etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for all qualifiable refunds unless goods are defective or there is a shipping error.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
- We do not accept returns for sale items. All sale items are final.
